The soft roller shutter comprises a hard plastic framework, a TPE injection molding layer, a self-skinning foaming layer and a surface coating, receding positions are additionally arranged at the front end and the rear end of the hard plastic framework, the receding positions are filled with foaming materials, the hard plastic framework and the TPE injection molding layer are provided with via holes, the foaming materials enter the back of the hard plastic framework through the via holes in the foaming process, and the self-skinning foaming layer is formed in the surface coating. The hard plastic framework is arranged at intervals of 3-4 mm, the thickness of the TPE injection molding layer is 1.3 mm, the thickness of the self-skinning foaming layer is 6 mm, and the skinning thickness is 1.2-1.5 mm. During manufacturing, the hard plastic framework and the TPE injection molding layers are combined through double-material injection molding, the hard plastic framework is formed in one color, the TPE injection molding layers are formed in two colors, the manufactured hard plastic framework is put into a skinning foaming mold to be subjected to skinning foaming, the skinning thickness is 1.2-1.5 mm, and the surface coating is additionally arranged on the surface. According to the soft roller shutter self-skinning foaming layer, the soft hand feeling can be achieved, and meanwhile the surface texture can be guaranteed; the TPE soft rubber injection molding layer has the effects of reducing noise and avoiding creases generated when the foaming layer is in a curled state.
本发明公开一种软质卷帘及其制作工艺，软质卷帘包括硬塑骨架、TPE注塑层、自结皮发泡层、表面涂层，硬塑骨架前后端增加避空位置，避空位置填充发泡料，硬塑骨架及TPE注塑层设置过孔，发泡过程中发泡料通过过孔进入硬塑骨架背部，形成骨架倒扣结构，硬塑骨架间隔3‑4mm，TPE注塑层厚度为1.3mm，自结皮发泡层厚度为6mm，结皮厚度为1.2‑1.5mm。制作的时候将硬塑骨架与TPE注塑层通过双料注塑结合，一色为硬塑骨架，二色为TPE注塑层，将制作好的硬塑骨架放入自结皮发泡模具中，进行自结皮发泡，结皮厚度1.2‑1.5mm，表面增加表皮涂层。本发明的软质卷帘自结皮发泡层既能实现软质手感，同时也能保证表面纹理；TPE软胶注塑层起减轻噪音，以及避免发泡层卷曲状态下产生的折痕。
