The invention relates to an exit equipment door lock and exit equipment with the same. To this end, the exit device according to the present invention comprises: a device frame inserted into a door panel; a damping part which is inserted into the device frame and absorbs and mitigates the impact force generated by the operation of the pressing part; the pressing parts are arranged on the two sides of the damping part so that a user can press the pressing parts; a slider configured to slide along the device frame by the pressing portion on the other side and to move back and forth; and a slide bar, one side of which is coupled to the slider and the other side of which is coupled to a tongue of a door lock that locks and unlocks a door.
