Comprehensive recycling process for zinc-indium-containing gypsum slag
The invention discloses a zinc-indium-containing gypsum slag comprehensive recycling process which comprises the following steps: S1, washing zinc-indium-containing gypsum slag with a washing solution to obtain washed gypsum slag and the washing solution; s2, a neutralizing agent is added into the washing liquid, and neutralized indium precipitation residues and neutralized indium precipitation liquid are obtained; s3, drying the washed gypsum residues to obtain a gypsum powder filler; s4, mixing and uniformly stirring the gypsum powder filler, the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate, the self-luminous material, the cement and the water in parts by weight, and filling a mold with the mixture to prepare a kerb blank; and S5, the kerb blank is put into a belt type sintering machine to be sintered, and the kerb with the good light-emitting performance is obtained. On the basis that zinc and indium are recycled through acid pickling, neutralization and sediment, the light-emitting curb is manufactured through the gypsum powder filler, the powder filler contains zinc and indium, the prepared curb is better in light-emitting effect and can replace a traditional cementing material, the problem of recycling of the zinc-indium gypsum residues is solved, and a new technical scheme is provided for recycling of the zinc-indium gypsum residues.
本发明公开了一种含锌铟石膏渣综合回收利用工艺,包括:S1:将含锌铟石膏渣通过洗涤液洗涤,得到洗涤后的石膏渣、洗涤液;S2:将洗涤液加入中和剂,得到中和沉铟渣、中和沉铟液;S3:将洗涤后的石膏渣烘干,获得石膏粉状填料;S4:将石膏粉状填料:细骨料:粗骨料:自发光材料:水泥:水按重量份比混合并搅拌均匀,并填入模具中制成路缘石坯;S5:将路缘石坯放入带式烧结机中烧结,得到发光性能良好的路缘石。本发明在酸洗中和沉渣回收锌和铟的基础上,用石膏粉状填料制作发光路缘石,粉状填料中含有锌和铟,制备的路缘石发光效果更好,可以代替传统胶凝材料,不仅解决锌铟石膏渣回收再利用的问题,还为锌铟石膏渣再利用提供新技术方案。
