Environment-friendly brick and preparation process thereof
The invention provides an environment-friendly brick and a preparation process thereof. The environment-friendly brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of sludge, 90-95 parts of construction waste, 0.1-0.3 part of a composite sintering aid and 0.5-1.2 parts of a plasticity regulator. The composite sintering aid is composed of silicon nitride, starch, vegetable oil and sodium alginate. The plasticity regulator is one or a combination of more of sodium palmitate, sodium stearate and sophora flower saponin. The environment-friendly brick is prepared through the steps of S1, raw material preparation, S2, raw material mixing and aging, S3, plasticity adjustment, S4, forming and cutting and S5, drying and sintering. By adding the composite sintering aid, complete combustion of the sludge is promoted, and the performance of the brick body is further enhanced. By adding a plasticity regulator and setting a plasticity regulation link, the viscosity and fluidity of the material are regulated according to the molding requirements of the brick body, the performance of the brick body is improved, and the molding defects are reduced.
