The invention discloses a preparation method of a full-solid-waste high-performance environment-friendly water permeable brick, the particle size range of the selected raw materials is as follows: the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 3-27% of Dexing copper mine tailings, 70% of silica sand tailings and 3-27% of coal cinder, the three raw materials and a binder accounting for 5% of the total mass of the raw materials are uniformly mixed in a ceramic mortar, and a batch is obtained; carrying out compression molding under the pressure of 20 MPa by adopting a small-sized manual sample press to obtain a water permeable brick blank; and heating to 1250-1350 DEG C at the heating rate of 5 DEG C/min, preserving heat for 1 hour, and cooling along with the furnace to obtain the water permeable brick. On the basis of synthesizing the high-performance environment-friendly water-permeable brick, the maximum combination of three solid wastes is realized, the solid waste introduction amount of the obtained water-permeable brick reaches 100%, and the water-permeable brick has the characteristics of high water permeability, high porosity, high breaking strength, no secondary pollution and the like, and can be used as a brick material for laying sidewalks in sponge cities.
本发明公开了一种全固废高性能环保透水砖制备方法,所选原料粒径范围如下:其质量百分比组分为:德兴铜矿尾矿3‑27%、硅砂尾矿70%、煤渣3‑27%,将三种原料与原料总质量5%的粘结剂在陶瓷研钵中混合均匀,获得配合料;采用小型手动压样机在20 MPa压力下压制成型,得到透水砖坯体;以5℃/min的升温速率加热到1250‑1350℃,并保温1小时,随炉冷却,即得透水砖。本发明在合成高性能环保透水砖的基础上实现三种固废的最大化结合,所得透水砖的固废引入量达100%,具有高透水性、高气孔率、高抗折强度、无二次污染等特点,能作为海绵城市人行道铺设砖材料。
