The invention discloses a mud-bound macadam pavement construction method which comprises the following steps: mixing and paving mud and macadam through a pavement mixing and paving structure, preliminarily compacting the mixed and paved mixture by adopting a rolling structure, rolling on a construction pavement by virtue of a rolling wheel, and driving side-by-side mixing rods to rotate in opposite directions through a transmission mechanism, the construction device is characterized in that a spiral blade is arranged on the construction device, the spiral blade is used for mixing gravel and pug, meanwhile, a rolling structure on the construction device is used for synchronously rolling the mixed and paved part, a watering structure and an air drying structure are started after preliminary rolling, and the compaction coefficient of the pavement reaches 1.1-1.5 through repeated rolling; according to the clay-bound macadam pavement construction method, the road construction device integrating mixing, paving and rolling is adopted, and optimized construction process steps are combined, so that the construction procedures are reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the problems of low efficiency and complexity of an independent step-by-step construction mode in the prior art are solved, and the construction quality of the clay-bound macadam pavement is ensured.
