The invention relates to the technical field of shock-absorbing dampers, in particular to a spatial expansion and contraction type shock-absorbing damping device, a shock-absorbing bridge and a shock-absorbing building, the spatial expansion and contraction type shock-absorbing damping device comprises support bodies which are symmetrically arranged up and down, each support body comprises a supporting piece and six sets of supporting rod suites arranged on the supporting piece, and each set of supporting rod suites comprises two supporting rods; the bottom ends of the two supporting rods in the same supporting rod sleeve piece are hinged to the same position of the supporting piece to form supporting nodes, the six supporting nodes are annularly and evenly arranged on the supporting piece at intervals, and the top ends of the two supporting rods in the same supporting rod sleeve piece are hinged to the top ends of the supporting rods in the supporting rod sleeve piece on the adjacent side to form movable nodes. The movable nodes between the upper support body and the lower support body are correspondingly and movably connected to form expansion and contraction main nodes capable of freely moving, and every two adjacent expansion and contraction main nodes are connected through an independent damper. The device is simple in structure, good in reliability and capable of better coping with load changes of different directions and different amplitudes in an earthquake.
