The invention provides a dam drainage pipeline cleaning device which comprises driving mechanisms arranged at the two ends of a dam pipeline, and each driving mechanism comprises two motors with the same rotating direction and gears connected with third rotating shafts in front of the motors; the blockage clearing pipe comprises a sliding part and a meshing part which are integrally formed, and when the head of the blockage clearing pipe extends out of the other side of the dam pipeline, a motor on the other side of the dam is meshed with the blockage clearing pipe through a driving gear and completely brings the tail of the blockage clearing pipe out of the dam pipeline; the unblocking mechanism is fixed at an end opening of the outer side of the sliding part; the thread fixing cap is used for fixing the unblocking mechanism to the outer side port of the sliding part; and the driving mechanism further comprises supporting pieces which are used for fixing the driving mechanism to the two sides of the dam pipeline. The dam drainage pipeline cleaning device is suitable for cleaning blockage of long pipelines such as dams, and the blockage cleaning efficiency is high.
