The invention relates to an inverted siphon capable of automatically controlling flushing and sludge discharge. An underneath pass pipeline, a water inlet well, a water outlet well, a control unit and a monitoring center. The water inlet well is provided with a water pump, and the inverted siphon is flushed by using water in the well through a nozzle of a flushing ring arranged on the underpass pipeline; a valve is arranged between the water inlet well and the inverted siphon, the control unit controls the valve to close water stored in the well, and the valve is opened at a high water level to flush the inverted siphon; a sludge settling bucket is arranged at the joint of the parallel pipe and the ascending pipe of the inverted siphon, and sludge is pumped and discharged by a sludge pump. The inverted siphon pipe is flushed and sludge is discharged regularly, so that silting in the inverted siphon pipe is reduced, and the drainage capacity of the inverted siphon pipe is improved. The defect that in-pipe siltation is easily caused in the prior art is overcome, and the problem that in the prior art, an inverted siphon is difficult to wash and dredge is solved. Inverted siphon pipe data detected by the control unit are transmitted to the monitoring center through a wireless network, and the monitoring center can monitor the operation state of the inverted siphon pipe in real time and remotely control flushing and sludge discharging of the inverted siphon pipe.
