Concrete modular building
The invention provides a concrete modular building which comprises at least one room module, each room module is formed by splicing a plurality of splicing components, and the adjacent splicing components are fixedly connected through convex parts and concave parts arranged on the edges of the splicing components. The splicing components are various, at least two splicing components are the same in height and/or width, each splicing component comprises a side wall unit and a top plate unit, and the side wall units are perpendicularly connected with the top plate units; a plurality of rows of mounting rings are uniformly arranged on one surfaces of the side wall units and the top plate units, and the mounting rings in the same row are aligned. By arranging the supporting beams to penetrate through the mounting rings on the side wall units and the top plate units in different directions, the strength of connection of all the units can be improved. Meanwhile, different types of splicing components can be arranged in the same basic shape, the standardization degree and the building efficiency of the modular building can be effectively improved, and the construction process is easier to manage.
本发明提出一种混凝土模块化建筑,包括至少一个房间模块,其中,房间模块由多个拼接构件拼接而成,相邻的拼接构件通过其边缘设置的凸部和凹部固定连接。拼接构件有多种,至少两种拼接构件的高度和/或宽度相同,其中,拼接构件包括侧壁单元和顶板单元,侧壁单元垂直连接顶板单元;侧壁单元和顶板单元的一面均匀设置有多列安装环,其中,同一列安装环对齐设置。通过设置支撑梁分别在不同方向穿过侧壁单元和顶板单元上的安装环,可以提升各单元连接之间的强度。同时,不同种类的拼接构件可以以同一基本形状进行设置,能够有效提高模块化建筑的标准化程度和建筑效率,施工过程更易管理。
