The invention provides a hidden door handle device and a refrigerator. The hidden door handle device comprises a handle cover and a moving assembly. A support assembly is arranged on the face, close to a door liner of the refrigerator, of the handle cover. The moving assembly comprises a sleeve mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism, a fixing frame and a plurality of rotating shafts; the end, away from the handle cover, of the support assembly is rotationally connected with one end of the connecting rod mechanism through the rotating shaft. The other end of the connecting rod mechanism is rotationally connected with the fixing frame through the rotating shaft; one end of the sleeve mechanism is fixedly connected with the fixing frame, and the other end of the sleeve mechanism is fixedly connected with the face, away from the bottom of a door body of the refrigerator, of the handle cover. Pressure is applied to the handle cover, so that the handle cover moves towards one side of the door liner to expose a hand buckling position, meanwhile, the sleeve mechanism is driven through transmission of the connecting rod mechanism to complete the door opening action, and the problem that a hidden door handle device is inconvenient to use is solved.
