The resin mud glue comprises low-curing unsaturated polyester resin, a low-shrinkage additive, a filler, an accelerant and an expanding agent; the curing agent comprises benzoyl peroxide, chlorobenzene, biphenyl and benzene. The low-curing unsaturated polyester resin contains styrene derivatives, and introduced polymer microgel can improve the compressive strength; the low-shrinkage additive is prepared by modifying and coating calcium sulfate whiskers with sodium oleate, and double bonds are introduced to the surface of the low-shrinkage additive, so that the shrinkage rate is reduced. 本发明涉及锚固剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种可用于软岩巷道围岩的化学膨胀锚固剂及其制备方法,化学膨胀锚固剂包括树脂泥胶和固化剂;树脂泥胶包括低固化不饱和聚酯树脂、低收缩添加剂、填料、促进剂、膨胀剂;固化剂包括过氧苯甲酰、氯化苯、联苯和苯。低固化不饱和聚酯树脂中含有苯乙烯衍生物,引入的聚合物微凝胶可以提高抗压强度;低收缩添加剂用油酸钠改性包覆硫酸钙晶须制得,在低收缩添加剂表面引入双键,从而降低收缩率。本发明制备的可用于软岩巷道围岩的化学膨胀锚固剂,可以很好的在软弱破碎围岩钻孔中与锚杆索结合为一个整体,实现锚杆索在软弱破碎围岩中稳定锚固,为软岩巷道围岩支护提供强力技术支撑。
