The invention provides green high-performance concrete prepared from waste pavement concrete and a preparation method of the green high-performance concrete. The green high-performance concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 260 to 360 parts of cement, 310 to 430 parts of waste pavement concrete, 86 to 119 parts of fly ash, 280 to 320 parts of fine aggregate, 540 to 680 parts of coarse aggregate, 10.8 to 12.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 3.4 to 5.2 parts of a fiber material, 6.9 to 8.2 parts of a foamed aluminum material and 143 to 198 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: crushing, screening and calcining waste pavement concrete to obtain concrete powder; the environment-friendly concrete prepared from the waste pavement concrete has the advantages of good heat insulation property, strong sound attenuation performance, high compressive strength, high durability and strong carbonization resistance.
