The preparation method of the recycled concrete brick comprises the following steps: crushing waste concrete, and sieving to obtain waste concrete aggregate; pouring the waste concrete aggregate, stones, cement and a reinforcing agent into a stirrer, then adding water, and stirring to obtain a concrete mixture; and pouring the concrete mixture in a mold, wrapping with a preservative film, removing the mold, and curing in water at room temperature to obtain the recycled concrete brick. The recycled concrete brick with water permeability is prepared by taking the waste concrete aggregate as a raw material, so that the problems of pavement water accumulation and construction waste stacking are solved, waste recycling of'treating waste with waste 'is realized, and the method has practical significance.
