The invention relates to a gypsum plaster board and a method for improving the heat transfer rate of the gypsum board. The gypsum plaster board is prepared from the following raw materials: gypsum clinker, a heat-conducting material and a dispersing agent, in the gypsum plaster board, based on 100 parts by weight of the gypsum clinker, the heat conduction material accounts for 2-8 parts by weight, and the dispersing agent accounts for 0.005-0.01 part by weight. The heat-conducting material and the dispersing agent are simultaneously added into the gypsum plaster board, so that the heat-conducting material is more uniformly and stably dispersed in gypsum, and the heat transfer rate and the heat conductivity coefficient of the gypsum plaster board are improved. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the gypsum plaster board is simple in process and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
