The invention relates to a ceramic material with a gradient micro-laminated pore structure and a preparation method of the ceramic material, and belongs to the technical field of porous ceramics. Comprising the following steps: adding ceramic powder, a sintering aid, a dispersing agent and sol into deionized water, and carrying out ball milling to prepare uniform slurry; conveying the sol aqueous solution into the ceramic slurry to obtain mixed slurry, sequentially conveying the mixed slurry with different solid phase contents into a mold, and regulating and controlling the gradient change of the ceramic content in the cured green body; freezing and forming in a direction perpendicular to the gradient direction; and carrying out vacuum freeze drying treatment and sintering to obtain the gradient micro-laminated porous ceramic material. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the accurate gradient control of the microstructure and the performance can be realized by adjusting the preparation parameters; the prepared gradient porous ceramic has a directionally arranged layered structure, the microstructure is similar to biological materials such as shells, and the gradient porous ceramic has better mechanical properties; as a porous ceramic preform, a high-toughness composite material can be prepared, and application requirements in different fields can be met.
本发明涉及一种具有梯度微叠层孔结构的陶瓷材料及其制备方法,属于多孔陶瓷技术领域。包括以下步骤:在去离子水中加入陶瓷粉体、烧结助剂、分散剂和溶胶,球磨制成均匀浆料;将溶胶水溶液输送到陶瓷浆料中,得到混合浆料,向模具内依次输送不同固相含量的混合浆料,调控固化坯体中陶瓷含量梯度变化;垂直于梯度方向进行冷冻成型;经真空冷冻干燥处理、烧结,得到梯度微叠层多孔陶瓷材料。本发明的有益效果在于,通过调节制备参数,可实现微观结构及性能的精确梯度控制;制备梯度多孔陶瓷具有定向排列的层状结构,微观结构与贝壳等生物材料相似,具有较好的力学性能;作为多孔陶瓷预制体可制备出高强韧复合材料,可满足不同领域的应用需求。
