Noise-reduction drainage pavement structure and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a noise reduction and drainage pavement structure and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the field of road pavements, and solves the problem of low mechanical strength of a porous asphalt pavement. The pavement structure sequentially comprises a soil base layer, a geotextile layer, a filter layer, a porous asphalt mixture layer, a water permeable layer and a noise reduction and drainage asphalt surface layer from bottom to top, the noise reduction and drainage asphalt surface layer is made of an open-graded anti-rutting asphalt mixture with a framework-gap structure and is composed of asphalt, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and filler, the filler is a polymer and a wood cellulose additive, and the porosity of the filler is not smaller than 20%; the porous asphalt mixture layer is filled with a porous sound-absorbing asphalt material, and the porous sound-absorbing asphalt material comprises a porous sound-absorbing powder material and aggregate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the porous sound-absorbing asphalt material; preparing an open-graded anti-rutting asphalt mixture; and paving a pavement structure. The pavement structure has good durability and stability, the noise reduction effect is good, rainwater can be rapidly drained, and the driving safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种降噪排水路面结构及其制备方法,属于道路路面领域,解决了多孔沥青路面力学强度偏低的问题。本发明路面结构由下至上依次包括土基层、土工织物层、过滤层、多孔沥青混合料层、透水层和降噪排水沥青面层;降噪排水沥青面层采用骨架‑空隙结构的开级配抗车辙沥青混合料,由沥青、粗骨料、细骨料、填充料组成,填充料为聚合物和木纤维素添加剂,其孔隙率不小于20%;多孔沥青混合料层内填充有多孔吸音沥青材料,多孔吸音沥青材料包括多孔吸音粉体材料和集料。制备方法:制备多孔吸音沥青材料;制备开级配抗车辙沥青混合料;铺筑路面结构。本发明路面结构具有良好的耐久性和稳定性,降噪效果好,可以迅速排出雨水,提高行车安全性。
