The invention provides a hoisting process for an arch bridge in a narrow range, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, installing a north main span girder and a bridge floor structure; then installing a north-side main span bracket and an arch section; a south main span girder and a bridge floor structure are installed, and then a main span arch rib support and an arch rib are installed; hoisting a main span residual bridge deck structure, and mounting and tensioning a main span suspender; mounting a main beam of a north-side secondary-span bridge floor structure, and then mounting a secondary-span arch rib bracket and a secondary-span arch rib; hoisting a secondary-span remaining bridge floor structure, tensioning a secondary-span suspender, and mounting a secondary-span bridge floor; monitoring is carried out, specifically, the designed arch bridge state serves as a target, then each hoisting segment serves as an independent structure, and limiting control is carried out when the main beam is hoisted in a segmented mode; the monitoring specifically comprises linear monitoring, stress monitoring and cable force monitoring. According to the method, the corresponding assembly sequence is selected and matched with monitoring, so that safe hoisting of the arch bridge in a narrow range is ensured.
