Gravel feeding mechanism and gravel pile machine
The gravel feeding mechanism comprises a pile pipe, a pneumatic cylinder, a short connecting rod, a long connecting rod, a feeding door, a door frame and a feeding hopper, the door frame is arranged on the inner wall of the pile pipe, the feeding door is installed on the door frame in a hinged mode, the feeding hopper is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the pile pipe, and the pneumatic cylinder is arranged on the portion, above the feeding hopper, of the outer wall of the pile pipe; opening and closing of the feeding door are controlled by jacking and contracting actions of the pneumatic cylinder, and when gravel is injected into the inner cavity of the pile pipe, the pneumatic cylinder jacks the connecting rod and then pushes the feeding door inwards to be opened inwards; when the inner cavity of the pile pipe is inflated and pressurized after gravel filling is completed, the pneumatic cylinder pulls the connecting rod outwards to pull the feeding door to be closed outwards, and the pneumatic cylinder is always kept in a contraction state in the operation process of the external vibratory hammer, so that the feeding door is closed on the door frame in a sealed mode. The external pneumatic cylinder and the connecting rod mechanism are adopted, the operation condition of the pneumatic cylinder and the connecting reliability of the connecting rod mechanism are effectively monitored, good operation of equipment is guaranteed, and the service life of parts is prolonged.
一种碎石进料机构及碎石桩机,包括桩管、气动缸、短连杆、长连杆、进料门、门框、进料斗,所述门框设置于桩管的内壁,所述进料门铰接安装于设置于门框上,所述进料斗设置于桩管的外壁一侧,所述气动缸设置于进料斗上方的桩管外壁;进料门的开启、关闭由气动缸顶升、收缩动作来控制,往桩管内腔加注碎石时由气动缸顶升连杆后向内推动进料门向内打开;碎石填加完成后对桩管内腔充气加压时,由气动缸收拉连杆向外拉动进料门向外关闭,并在外部振动锤运行过程中气动缸一直保持收缩状态,使进料门密封关闭在门框上。本发明采用外置气动缸和连杆机构,有效监控气动缸运行状况、连杆机构连接可靠性,保证设备良好运行,延长部件的使用寿命。
