The invention provides an underwater pile sinking process for a skirt pile type jacket, which comprises the following steps of: determining the direction of a design position on a crane ship, moving the jacket to a position near the design position for coarse positioning of the jacket, mounting GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) positioning equipment on the jacket, and guiding the jacket to be placed at the design position through the GNSS positioning equipment to realize fine positioning. Then, a known point and an observation station point are removed from the jacket, point coordinates of the steel pipe piles are obtained through calculation of the distances from the known point and the observation station point to the axes of the steel pipe piles and azimuth angles, then the point coordinates and center coordinates of the sleeves are compared, pile inserting operation is conducted on the steel pipe piles, and finally pile sinking operation is conducted after all the steel pipe piles are inserted. According to the method, the position of the steel pipe pile is accurately positioned, the pile inserting and sinking operation of the underwater steel pipe pile can be guided on the water, the construction steps are simplified, the construction time is greatly shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, and the pile sinking precision is improved.
本发明提供一种裙桩式导管架水下沉桩工艺,首先在起重船上定出设计位置的方位,将导管架移动至设计位置附近进行导管架粗定位,然后在导管架上安装GNSS定位设备,通过GNSS定位设备指导管架放置在设计位置上实现精定位,接着在导管架上先去已知点及测站点,通过已知点与测站点到钢管桩的轴线的距离及方位角计算得到钢管桩的点坐标,然后对比点坐标与套筒的中心坐标,对钢管桩进行插桩操作,最后待所有钢管桩插桩完成后进行沉桩操作。本发明通过对钢管桩的位置进行精准定位,在水上即可指导水下钢管桩的插桩沉桩操作,简化了施工步骤,大大减少施工时间,提高了施工的效率,且提高了沉桩的精度。
