The invention discloses a pile embracing device for offshore wind power pile foundation construction. The pile embracing device comprises a frame and a supporting column track arranged on the frame. The four movable ring beams are in sliding fit with the supporting column rails and can move up and down relative to the frame; every two movable ring beams serve as a group, and the two groups are used for clamping the upper end and the lower end of a pile foundation correspondingly. The ring beam track is arranged on the periphery in the movable ring beam; the pushing device is matched with the ring beam track and can horizontally slide relative to the movable ring beam; the movable ring beam can slide up and down relative to the frame and is used for adjusting the height position of the pushing device, and adjustment of the height position is achieved. Every two pushing devices in the opposite positions serve as a group, the pushing devices can horizontally move relative to the movable ring beam, and the connecting line of the two pushing devices in the same group can be located on the straight line of the pile foundation. The device is higher in pile embracing adaptability.
