Vibro-replacement gravel pile feeding device and method
The vibro-replacement gravel pile feeding device is arranged at a hole of a target ground and arranged on a vibrating pile rod of a gravel pile machine in a sleeving mode, the vibro-replacement gravel pile feeding device comprises an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and stirring blades, the inner cylinder is coaxially and rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder, an opening of the inner cylinder is upward, and a first through hole is formed in the bottom of the inner cylinder; a second through hole coaxial with the first through hole is formed in the bottom of the outer cylinder; the output end of the speed reducer extends into the outer cylinder and drives the inner cylinder to rotate in the outer cylinder through the bevel gear transmission mechanism; stirring blades of which the lower ends extend into the inner cylinder are arranged at the bottom of the mounting frame; and a plugging assembly is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder and comprises a plurality of plugging plates arranged in an annular array, and the multiple plugging plates synchronously reciprocate towards the axis of the second through hole to reduce and enlarge a circulation gap between the second through hole and the vibrating pile rod. The problems that during mixing and feeding of a traditional forklift, feeding is not uniform, feeding steps are tedious, efficiency is low, and the feeding number cannot be counted are solved.
本发明提供了一种振冲碎石桩上料装置,设置在目标地面的洞口处,并套设在碎石桩机的振捣桩杆上,包括外筒、内筒和搅拌叶片,内筒同轴转动设置在外筒内,内筒开口向上,内筒底部设置有第一通孔,外筒底部设置有与第一通孔同轴的第二通孔;减速机的输出端延伸进外筒内,并通过伞齿传动机构带动内筒在外筒内转动;外筒上设置有安装架,安装架底部设置有下端延伸进内筒的搅拌叶片;外筒底部设置有封堵组件,封堵组件包括环形阵列设置的若干封堵板,通过若干封堵板同步向第二通孔的轴心往复移动,来缩小和扩大第二通孔与振捣桩杆之间流通的间隙。其解决了传统铲车混料和上料时存在上料不均匀、上料步骤繁琐且效率低下,上料数量也无法统计等问题。
