The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting, and provides an assembly type recoverable waist beam fixing structure. Comprising a plurality of waist beams of the same structure, and first channel steel and second channel steel in each waist beam are detachably connected through a plurality of first spacer sleeves and bolts; the first channel steel and the second channel steel are U-shaped channel steel, and two first through holes are symmetrically formed in bottom plates of the first channel steel and the second channel steel; the bolt sequentially penetrates through the first through hole in the first channel steel, the first spacer sleeve and the first through hole in the second channel steel to fixedly connect the first channel steel, the second channel steel and the first spacer sleeve. The waist beam has the advantages that a plurality of pairs of circular steel tube spacer sleeves are supported between the two channel steels of the waist beam, and bolts penetrate through through holes in the channel steels and the interiors of the circular steel tubes to fixedly connect the two channel steels; the adjacent waist beams are detachably connected through the pull rods, and the waist beam at the top is detachably connected with the top beam through the pull rods, so that all structures can be recycled.
