The invention further discloses a mounting and dismounting method of the all-steel assembly type tower crane foundation. According to the all-steel assembly type tower crane foundation and the mounting and dismounting method, material turnover use is achieved, waste is avoided, and the problem that a precast block tower crane foundation is poor in integrity is solved.
