The invention discloses an all-wheel drive unmanned mining electric forklift with recoverable braking energy and a control method thereof. The forklift comprises a vehicle control unit (VCU), a ground control system, a power battery module, an electro-hydraulic servo control system, a sensor module, an electric drive module and an operation executing mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the electric forklift adopts all-wheel drive-by-wire driving, each wheel is driven by an independent motor, and more accurate driving, braking and steering control can be achieved; a hydraulic servo control system is matched, so that the forklift can realize large-load operation in a mining area, and the forklift is more efficient and energy-saving on the premise of reliable braking; the ground control system is provided with a remote monitoring and control device, so that a driver can remotely control the forklift without a severe working environment in a mining area; and the braking energy can be recycled by switching the braking modes.
本发明公开了一种制动能量可回收的全轮驱动无人矿用电动铲车及其控制方法,该铲车包括整车控制单元(VCU)、地面控制系统、动力电池模块、电液伺服控制系统、传感器模块、电驱动模块以及作业执行机构。相较于现有技术,本发明所述电动铲车采用全轮线控驱动,每个车轮均由独立电机驱动,能实现更精确的驱动、制动、转向控制;搭配液压伺服控制系统,保证铲车能实现矿区大负载作业并使铲车制动在可靠的前提下更加高效节能;地面控制系统设有远程监测和操纵装置,可供驾驶员脱离矿区恶劣的工作环境对铲车进行远程操控;通过制动模式的切换能实现制动能量的回收。
