Intelligent lifting control device and lifting control method for attached lifting scaffold
The invention provides an attached lifting scaffold lifting intelligent control device and lifting control method.The device comprises a main control box, a branch control box, a horizontal control device, an inclination control device and a load monitoring device, and the main control box is electrically connected with the branch control box, the horizontal control device, the inclination control device and the load monitoring device; the branch control boxes are electrically connected with the corresponding horizontal control devices, the inclination control devices and the load monitoring devices. The horizontal control device can achieve lifting operation and lifting stroke monitoring of the corresponding scaffold lifting machine position, and the inclination control device can achieve monitoring and adjustment of the inclination angle of the corresponding scaffold lifting machine position relative to the shear wall. The load monitoring device can achieve load monitoring of the corresponding scaffold lifting machine position when the horizontal control device lifts the scaffold. By means of the control device and the lifting control method, control over the overall horizontal lifting and the inclination angle of the scaffold can be effectively achieved, and then the lifting risk can be reduced while the lifting efficiency of the scaffold can be improved.
本发明给出了一种附着式升降脚手架升降智能控制装置及提升控制方法,该装置包括主控箱、分控箱、水平控制装置、倾斜控制装置、载荷监控装置,主控箱与分控箱、水平控制装置、倾斜控制装置和载荷监控装置电性连接,分控箱与对应的水平控制装置、倾斜控制装置和载荷监控装置电性连接;水平控制装置能够实现对应的脚手架提升机位的升降操作及升降行程监测,倾斜控制装置能够实现对应的脚手架提升机位相对于剪力墙倾斜角度的监测及调整,载荷监控装置能够实现水平控制装置在升降脚手架时对应的脚手架提升机位的载荷监测。利用该控制装置及提升控制方法,可有效实现脚手架的整体水平升降及倾斜角度的控制,继而可提高脚手架升降效率同时降低升降风险。
