A movable disc is arranged on the vertical rod; a plurality of mounting hole groups are formed in the vertical rod, and a plurality of lock pins matched with the mounting hole groups are arranged on the disc in a sliding manner; the disc is provided with a first elastic piece matched with the lock pin and a pin hole, one end of the lock pin is clamped on the first elastic piece, and the other end of the lock pin penetrates through the pin hole in a sliding mode.
