Spliced steel plate leveling method
The invention discloses a spliced steel plate leveling method. The spliced steel plate leveling method specifically comprises the following steps that the splicing sequence is determined; a plurality of abutted seam leveling devices are arranged on the equipment foundation structure; the levelness of the top faces of the supporting plates is adjusted through at least three leveling assemblies, and the elevations of the top faces of the supporting plates in all the abutted seam leveling devices are leveled; pre-embedded leveling devices are arranged on the equipment foundation structure in a rectangular array; the elevations of the top surfaces of all the first leveling nuts are leveled uniformly according to the elevation of the top surface of the supporting plate; according to the splicing sequence, the splicing steel plates are sequentially located on the top faces of the first leveling nuts, the bottom faces of the splicing steel plates are in lap joint with the top faces of the supporting plates, and the pressing nuts are fixed; checking the elevations of all the bolt holes in the spliced steel plates and the two sides of the spliced seam after each spliced steel plate is seated; and after the preset range is met, the next spliced steel plate is seated. According to the leveling method for the spliced steel plate, the overall flatness of the spliced steel plate and the position precision of the mounting holes in the two sides of the spliced seam can be improved, and the leveling efficiency is high.
