The invention provides a field operation infectious disease isolation tent which comprises a supporting frame and a flexible tent body, the tent body is supported by the supporting frame to form an activity space, and an opening in one side of the tent body is provided with a tent door capable of being opened and closed; the interior of the tent body is divided into an access disinfection chamber and a main isolation chamber through a sealing partition plate, a plurality of branch isolation chambers are arranged on one side of the interior of the main isolation chamber, an aisle is formed between the branch isolation chambers and the side wall of the main isolation chamber, and openable and closable branch isolation doors are arranged on the sides, facing the aisle, of the branch isolation chambers. The side walls of the main isolation chamber and the branch isolation chambers are respectively connected with a negative pressure filtering device; a rotary disinfection mechanism is arranged in the access disinfection chamber. The isolation tent can be quickly folded and unfolded; wounded persons are isolated independently, the wounded persons and doctors are prevented from being exposed in the main isolation room, and strict isolation measures are taken; the disinfection is comprehensive and thorough, 360-degree dead angles are avoided, the disinfection effect is greatly improved, the disinfection is convenient and fast, time and labor are saved, and cross infection and infectious disease diffusion are effectively avoided.
