The fixed seat is cylindrical, and an internal thread is formed on the inner side wall of the fixed seat; the pushing body comprises a cylinder body, a fixing screw, a pushing spring and a pushing rod; the fixing screw is fixed at one end of the cylinder body; the push rod is arranged at the other end of the cylinder body and partially extends out of the cylinder body; the pushing spring is arranged between the fixing screw and the pushing rod, so that the pushing rod has a trend of moving towards the outside of the barrel body; and an external thread matched with the internal thread is formed on the outer side surface of the cylinder body, so that the pushing body is detachably arranged on the fixed seat.
