The invention discloses an operation ladder stabilizing device, and relates to the technical field of electric power operation ladders, the operation ladder stabilizing device comprises an electric adsorption mechanism, the electric adsorption mechanism is detachably mounted on the top of an extension ladder frame main body by taking an existing insulation extension body as a basic structure, and the electric adsorption mechanism is driven to realize stable operation during operation. The end portion of the operation ladder can be stably and fixedly connected to the bearing face in an abutting mode, so that the operation ladder is prevented from sliding and toppling in the using process, and personal injury to operators is avoided. Meanwhile, the anti-skid base assemblies are arranged on the supporting legs of the extension ladder, so that different connecting modes, namely friction increasing and rubber pad selecting, can be selected for different bearing grounds; and a ground fixing component is selected to increase the holding power.
