The invention provides an inserting pile puncturing method and device, the inserting pile puncturing method and device are used for puncturing a first stratum and a second stratum which are stacked up and down, the puncturing bearing capacity of the first stratum is larger than that of the second stratum, and the inserting pile puncturing method comprises the steps that designed drilling is conducted on the first stratum, and a hole set with a plurality of adjusting drilling holes is formed; the area of the hole set is the sum of the areas of the adjusting drill holes; according to the puncture bearing capacity of the second stratum, the safety bearing capacity range of the first stratum after drilling is obtained, and the area of an adjusting drill hole drilled in the first stratum is obtained based on the safety bearing capacity range; and based on the area of the hole set and the area of the adjusted drill holes, the number of the adjusted drill holes is obtained, and the operation of drilling in the first stratum is completed. The problem that the pile shoe cannot stably and gently insert the pile when the hard and thin stratum is actively damaged is solved.
