The invention provides a water storage heating device, a kitchen garbage treatment system and a method for cleaning residual grease. Wherein the water storage heating device comprises a water storage container, a first control assembly, an electromagnetic valve assembly and a heating assembly, the water storage container is communicated with the blow-off pipeline and/or the kitchen waste processor, the electromagnetic valve assembly is used for controlling water inlet and outlet of the water storage container, and the heating assembly is used for heating water in the water storage container. According to the water storage heating device, hot water can be conveniently provided for the kitchen waste processor, and therefore residual grease in the kitchen waste processor can be dissolved and removed.
