Anchoring system
The invention relates to a mooring system for a floating platform (100) that eliminates the pitching and rolling movements of the floating platform (100) by several mooring lines (200) attached to the seabed (5), which mooring lines are supported by several rotationally fixed parts (2, 3) or pulleys of the floating platform (100) and are all attached to a common counterweight (1) suspended on the platform (100). Each mooring line (200) comprises sub-lines (200d, 200c) (direct, intersecting or diagonal) which always coincide the counterweight (1) with the central axis (300) of the floating platform (100). The wobble movement of the counterweight (1) is also eliminated and can be used for a floating platform (100) having an odd number of protruding structural arms (12). The system is suitable for any type of floating platform (100), although it is particularly suitable for floating platforms supporting offshore wind farms and offshore leisure platforms.
