Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of cement, 30-60 parts of aggregate, 0.1-0.8 part of an expanding agent, 1-5 parts of a water reducing component, 0.2-1 part of an early strength component, 0.2-1 part of a water retention component, 1-2 parts of a thickening agent, 2-3 parts of a retarder, 2-3 parts of a shrinkage reducing agent and 2-3 parts of a defoaming agent, the aggregate is selected from high-strength quartz sand, the SiO2 content is greater than or equal to 95%, the cement is preferably selected from ordinary Portland cement or sulphoaluminate cement, and the defoaming agent is preferably selected from ordinary Portland cement or sulphoaluminate cement. Wherein 1 part of coal ash, 1 part of mineral powder and 1 part of silica fume are added. According to the high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material and the production method thereof, the compressive strength 1-3 days after grouting can reach 30-60 MPa or above, the strength 28 days after grouting can reach 60-120 MPa, all gaps can be filled, the requirement of secondary grouting of equipment is met, close contact between the equipment and a foundation can be guaranteed, shrinkage is avoided after secondary grouting, and the bonding strength is high.
