Manufacturing method of special lightweight aggregate concrete for graphite tailing and biomass straw composite wallboard
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of special lightweight aggregate concrete for graphite tailing and biomass straw composite wallboards, and belongs to the field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: 1, pretreating the graphite tailings and the biomass straws; 2, taking general-purpose Portland cement, pretreated biomass straws, pretreated graphite tailings, coal-fired furnace slag and a special additive as raw materials; and 3, adding the raw materials into a stirrer, uniformly mixing, adding water, and continuously stirring. The invention develops a new way of the biomass straws and the graphite tailings in the aspect of comprehensive utilization of resources, and provides a reasonable matching mode and proportion of the graphite tailings and the biomass straws. The raw materials are low in price, and low-cost solid wastes are used for replacing natural sand raw materials, so that the economic benefits are obvious and prominent. The wallboard made of the special lightweight aggregate concrete disclosed by the invention meets performance indexes in Technical Requirements for Wallboards for Fabricated Building (JG/T578-2021); and the thermal insulation performance is superior to the current national standard requirement.
