Porous lightweight temperature-insensitive wave-absorbing ceramic composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a porous lightweight temperature-insensitive wave-absorbing ceramic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of wave-absorbing materials. The composite material comprises CNF/CNT (carbon nanotube/carbon nanotube) foam and a ceramic matrix deposited in the CNF/CNT foam; the CNF/CNT foam with a porous structure is prepared by the following steps: preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion liquid from a carbon nanotube in a water phase under the dispersion action of nano cellulose fibers, and directionally freeze-drying the dispersion liquid as a raw material in a mold, so as to prepare the CNF/CNT foam with a porous structure; the ceramic matrix is silicon nitride or boron nitride. The ceramic can be easily introduced into the CNF/CNT foam through a chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) process, the original periodic microporous structure of the CNF/CNT foam is maintained, and the ceramic has the advantages of low density, good broadband wave-absorbing performance, low wave-absorbing performance temperature dependence, bearing capacity and the like.
