The invention provides a novel force measuring and height adjusting support and a height adjusting method, and belongs to the technical field of supports. The novel force measuring and height adjusting support comprises an upper support plate, an elastic body, a force measuring sensor, a lower support plate, a spherical crown lining plate and a height adjusting assembly. The lower surface of the upper support plate is provided with a cylindrical basin cavity; mounting holes are formed in the circumferential side wall of the basin cavity; the elastomer is cooperatively laid in the basin cavity; the force transducer is cooperatively arranged in the mounting hole, and the probe end of the force transducer is in contact with the elastic body; the spherical crown lining plate is positioned on the lower support plate; the upper end of the heightening component is inserted into the basin cavity in a matched manner, and the upper surface is contacted with the lower surface of the elastomer; the lower surface of the height adjusting assembly is provided with a concave spherical surface and is matched with the spherical surface of the spherical crown lining plate.
