The invention discloses a concrete tower and steel shell concrete combined tower mixed bridge tower structure which comprises a pile foundation, a bearing platform, a lower tower column, a steel and concrete combined transition section, an upper tower column, a supporting rod assembly and a lower beam, the bearing platform is arranged on the pile foundation, the lower tower column is arranged on the bearing platform, and the supporting rod assembly is arranged on the lower beam. The pile foundation, the bearing platform and the lower tower columns are all of a concrete structure, the upper tower columns are of a steel shell and concrete combined structure and are connected with the lower tower columns through steel and concrete combined transition sections, the upper tower columns and the lower tower columns are two tower columns arranged in the transverse bridge direction, the lower cross beam is connected with the two lower tower columns, and the lower cross beam is connected with the lower tower columns. The supporting rod assembly is connected with the two upper tower columns. A steel shell concrete structure is adopted in a structural part which is complex in shape and large in site construction difficulty, a common concrete structure is adopted in a conventional structural part, construction can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be saved, bridge aesthetics can be considered, and various types of complex shapes can be smoothly implemented.
