The invention discloses a main bridge steel structure full-length track lower segment sliding construction device and a using method thereof. The sliding construction device comprises a sliding stage temporary fixing system and a bridge direction supporting sliding system. The sliding stage temporary fixing system is arranged between every two adjacent main piers and comprises a temporary supporting system and a sliding rail which is arranged along the temporary supporting system in the bridge direction in a full-length mode. The bridge-direction supporting and sliding system comprises a bridge-direction sliding system body and a segment bridge-direction sliding and supporting system body. The segment sliding supporting system in the bridge direction comprises two or more sets of rail travelling crane assemblies arranged in the bridge direction, and each set of rail travelling crane assembly is provided with a tank. The sliding system in the bridge direction comprises braking equipment, traction equipment, a braking steel wire rope and a traction steel wire rope. Therefore, the sliding operation of any sliding section of the main bridge steel structure can be realized, and the main bridge steel structure construction which cannot adopt a land transportation bracket method and pursues construction economy is solved.
本发明公开了一种主桥钢结构通长轨道下节段滑移施工装置及其使用方法,滑移施工装置包括滑移阶段临时固定体系以及顺桥向支承滑移体系;滑移阶段临时固定体系布置在相邻的两个主墩之间,包括临时支承体系以及沿着临时支承体系的顺桥向通长布置的滑移轨道。顺桥向支承滑移体系包括顺桥向滑移体系以及节段顺桥向滑移支承体系。节段顺桥向滑移支承体系包括两组以上沿着顺桥向布置的轨道行车组件,每一组轨道行车组件均具有坦克车。顺桥向滑移体系包括制动设备、牵引设备、制动钢丝绳、牵引钢丝绳。因此,本发明能够实现主桥钢结构的任意滑移节段的滑移作业,解决不能采用陆运支架法又追求施工经济性的主桥钢结构施工。
