本发明提供的新建隧道下穿既有管涵施工工法,适用于明挖法隧道掘进作业,本工法采用桩基础+牛腿梁以竖向支撑横穿新建工程作业区的既有管涵,适用于正交、斜交、平行等各种平面关系,适用于圆形、方形等各种截面的管涵;相比降低标高以一定的安全距离采用暗挖的方式下穿或对管线进行迁改的方案,采用本工法,新建工程得以小净距的方式下穿既有管涵,有效降低了工程建设成本和施工难度。本发明还提供了采用该施工工法所构建的既有管涵支护结构,支撑体系整体性好、刚度大,且安全性和可靠性较高。
