The invention discloses a construction method of an interface connection structure of a subway station, which comprises the following steps of: placing a fender post during early planning of construction, building a brick moulding bed on the outer side surface of a spray anchor surface, replacing the spray anchor surface with the brick moulding bed to serve as an inner side steel moulding bed of a concrete side wall, and providing the stable inner side steel moulding bed for the concrete side wall by the flat brick moulding bed. The process of treating and chiseling the shotcrete anchor surface is omitted, the safety risk of the structure is reduced, the apparent quality of concrete is guaranteed, meanwhile, a large amount of labor and machine investment is saved, the construction period is shortened, and high economical efficiency is achieved; the groove is formed in the brick moulding bed, the sleeve is reserved in the groove, the transparent adhesive tape is used for wrapping the reserved sleeve, and the joint of the reserved sleeve and the groove is filled with the foamed plastic, so that the reserved sleeve is prevented from being polluted by concrete, and the reserved sleeve can be normally used.
