Worm and gear transmission multi-wheel driving wheel type chassis and hydraulic excavator
The invention discloses a multi-wheel drive wheel type chassis driven by a worm gear and a worm and a hydraulic excavator. The multi-wheel drive wheel type chassis comprises an X-shaped frame, a pair of longitudinal beams arranged oppositely, a transmission system and an axle system. The pair of longitudinal beams which are opposite to each other are arranged on the two sides of the X-shaped frame; the transmission system is arranged at the tail part of the X-shaped frame and is used for outputting torque; an axle system is arranged in each of the longitudinal beams on the two sides; the axle system comprises at least two axle assemblies, the axle assembly located at the tail of the X-shaped frame and the transmission system are connected in a worm and gear transmission mode, every two adjacent axle assemblies are connected in a worm and gear transmission mode, and the transmission system drives the multiple axle assemblies in the same longitudinal beam to synchronously rotate at the same time so that the whole vehicle can walk. The multi-wheel driving wheel type chassis disclosed by the invention not only can be quickly transferred, but also has higher road surface adaptability.
本发明公开了一种蜗轮蜗杆传动的多轮驱动轮式底盘及液压挖掘机,包括X型车架、一对彼此对置的纵梁、传动系统、车轴系统;一对彼此对置的纵梁安装在X型车架的两侧;传动系统布置在X型车架的尾部,用于输出扭矩;在两侧的纵梁中各设有一个车轴系统;车轴系统包括至少两个轴总成,位于X型车架尾部的轴总成与传动系统之间以及相邻两个轴总成之间均采用蜗轮蜗杆传动传动方式进行连接,通过传动系统同时带动同一个纵梁中的多个轴总成同步转动进行实现整车的行走。本发明公开的多轮驱动轮式底盘既可以快速转场,又有较高的路面适应性。
