The vacuum siphon drainage system comprises a water inlet area and a water outlet area, a sewage intercepting opening is formed in the bottom of the water inlet area, the water inlet area is connected with the water outlet area through a water outlet, a siphon is arranged on one side of the water outlet, and a vacuum air suction connector is arranged on one side of the upper portion of the siphon. The vacuum air suction connector is connected with the vacuum pump through a vacuum air suction pipe, a vacuum valve is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the siphon, an air distribution hole is formed in the upper portion of the vacuum valve, a contraction air bag is installed in the vacuum valve, and a vacuum air blowing connector is connected to the upper portion of the contraction air bag and connected with the vacuum pump through an air supplementing pipe. The invention has the following beneficial effects: direct contact between river water and sewage is prevented by adopting a vacuum siphon drainage mode, so that the problem of poor sewage interception effect is effectively prevented; automatic overflow drainage is achieved under the high-water-level condition of the water inlet area, and therefore the upstream waterlogging risk is low.
