A particle-collision-tuning inertial compound damping system with multi-dimensional vibration reduction comprises a box body, a horizontal compound damping mechanism is installed in the box body, and a vertical compound damping mechanism is installed outside the box body. When the vibration amplitude of the controlled body is small, the sliding block moves to drive the first flywheel to rotate, the first flywheel and the first spring form a tuning vibration reduction system, and vibration of the controlled body is relieved through the tuning effect. When the vibration amplitude of the controlled body is large, the sliding block drives the first flywheel to move, and meanwhile vibration of the tower body is relieved through the tuning effect, collision energy consumption and momentum exchange by means of collision between the sliding block and the collision block; under the action of vertical vibration, the mass required by vertical vibration reduction is provided through the mass of the horizontal damping system, and the vertical vibration of the controlled body is reduced through the tuning action in combination with a second spring; damping needed by the system is provided through collision between the sliding block and the collision block and collision and friction between particles and the first flywheel, between the second flywheel and between the particles. The invention has the advantages of industrialized production, convenience in processing, space saving, replaceability and the like.
