Following type suspension jacking method for antenna mast of high-rise building
The invention relates to the technical field of structures comprising long bearing parts, and discloses a following type suspension jacking method for a high-rise building antenna mast, in the method, the antenna mast is divided into two sections for jacking construction, the upper portion of the long and thin mast is very light, and the long and thin mast can be hoisted to the top of a building after being prefabricated; then, the following type suspension jacking system is used for jacking the upper part of the mast in the jacking fixing frame, and the following type suspension jacking system does not support the bottom of the antenna mast for jacking like a conventional top layer system, but moves along with the movement of the antenna mast; therefore, the waist part of the antenna mast can be supported for stable jacking. Meanwhile, a section of mast lower unit is connected to the bottom of each jacking, the antenna mast directly falls on a base of the antenna mast in most of the time in the whole jacking process, and the gravity center of the antenna mast is located in the jacking fixing frame all the time. All the points are combined, and it is ensured that the jacking method can overcome the influences of wind loads and the gravity center to complete jacking.
本发明涉及包含长形承重部件的结构技术领域,公开了一种用于高层建筑天线桅杆的跟随式悬吊顶升方法,本发明中,把天线桅杆分成两段进行顶升施工,细长的桅杆上部很轻,可以在预制好后吊装到建筑顶部,然后利用本发明中的跟随式悬吊顶升系统把桅杆上部在顶升固定架内进行顶升,跟随式悬吊顶升系统不再像常规的顶层系统那样托住天线桅杆的底部进行顶升,而是跟随天线桅杆的移动而移动,从而能够托着天线桅杆的腰部稳定地进行顶升;同时每顶升一次就在底部接一段桅杆下部单元,整个顶升过程中绝大部分时间内天线桅杆都是直接落在其底座上的,且重心始终位于顶升固定架内。以上各点结合,确保本发明中的顶升方法可以克服风荷载及重心的影响完成顶升。
