The invention discloses an in-floor assembling method of an assembled building body edge external wall panel. The in-floor assembling method solves the problem of how to quickly, safely and smoothly assemble an edge prefabricated external wall panel on a floor plate in a building body. The transferring and positioning trolley for the edge prefabricated external wall panel is movably arranged on the floor plate, so that transferring, positioning and assembling of the edge prefabricated external wall panel in the building body are achieved; a grabbing mechanism, a lifting mechanism and an inclined rotating mechanism of the prefabricated external wall panel are arranged on the transferring and positioning trolley, two pairs of long-strip-shaped through holes are formed in the middle of the edge prefabricated external wall panel, two pairs of clamping jaws of the grabbing mechanism arranged on the transferring and positioning trolley stretch into the two pairs of long-strip-shaped through holes, reliable grabbing of the edge prefabricated external wall panel is achieved, and then the edge prefabricated external wall panel is conveyed to the transferring and positioning trolley.
