Steel-encased reinforced masonry stone column and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an encased steel reinforced masonry stone column and a construction method thereof. The encased steel reinforced masonry stone column comprises an original stone column, encased angle steel, batten plates, a bottom plate, embedded bolts and a bottom plate bearing platform, the four pieces of externally-wrapped angle steel are tightly attached to the original stone column; the four pieces of externally-wrapped angle steel are connected through batten plate welding. The bottom of the original stone column is wrapped by C30 concrete to form a bottom plate bearing platform, and four embedded bolts are embedded in the bottom plate bearing platform; the bottom plate is fixed on the bottom plate bearing platform through embedded bolts; and the bottom of the outer wrapping angle steel is welded with the bottom plate. The construction method has the most remarkable advantages that the steel-encased reinforced masonry stone columns are adopted, the overall anti-seismic capacity of an original structure can be improved, and therefore the toughness of a house is enhanced, and structural collapse is prevented.
本发明涉及一种采用外包钢加固砌筑石柱及其施工方法,包括原石柱、外包角钢、缀板、底板、预埋螺栓、底板承台;所述的外包角钢为四根,紧贴原石柱布置;所述的四根外包角钢之间通过缀板焊接来进行连接;所述的原石柱底部采用C30混凝土包裹制作成底板承台,并预埋四根预埋螺栓;所述的底板通过预埋螺栓固定在底板承台上;所述的外包角钢底部与底板进行焊接。本发明最显著的优势在于采用外包钢加固砌筑石柱,可以提高原结构的整体抗震能力,从而增强房屋的韧性,防止结构倒塌。
