The invention relates to the technical field of engineering enclosing walls, and discloses a multifunctional building engineering construction enclosing wall which comprises a wall body, a slot is formed in one end of the wall body, a plug is mounted at the other end of the wall body, a first cavity and a second cavity are sequentially formed in the plug, and the second cavity penetrates through the plug. A first cavity is formed in one end of the plug, a driving device is installed in the first cavity, the driving device operably rotates soil, a connecting hole is further formed in one end of the plug and communicates with the first cavity, and a steel bar is further installed in the plug and penetrates through the plug. The rotating rod is driven by the piston disc to be inserted into the soil, so that a pit is reserved in the soil, and when the piston disc moves to the second cavity, as the size of the second cavity is larger than that of the first cavity, cement liquid on the piston disc can flow into the pit and the second cavity through a gap between the piston disc and the second cavity, so that a cement column is formed; the impact strength of the wall body is improved.
