The invention provides an inverted belt shutter and a multi-shutter system thereof. The inverted belt shutter comprises a shutter opening, a gear box, a rotating rod and a weather tight cover. The gear box is arranged at the opening of the shutter; one end of the rotating rod is connected with the gear box, the gear box is provided with a hand wheel, and the hand wheel faces the opening direction of the shutter; and the weather tight cover is fixed with the rotating rod, so that when the rotating rod rotates, the weather tight cover is driven to be opened or closed. The rotating direction is changed through the gear box through the hand wheel so that the weather tight cover can be opened, and the technical problem that in the prior art, a blind window which can be simply opened through manual operation under the large-size condition is lacked is solved.
